Just few announcements this week.
Cast & Crew bios are due on June 29th. The link is http://merrillartscenter.org/forms/bio-contact-release/.
Tips for bios:
- Keep it 300 characters or less (including spaces).
- Do not include your name or your role (that info is elsewhere in the form and will be included automatically).
- Abbreviate Woodbury Community Theatre as WCT.
- Feel free to acknowledge family, friends, cast or crew; other shows or theatres; where you work or go to school; hobbies or interests.
- Write it in the third person.
Poster Plaster: We need volunteers who do not have rehearsal on June 21 to help with the poster plaster across Woodbury. Meet at Merrill Rivertown at 6:30. Sign up here so we know how many people to expect so we can efficiently get Woodbury covered.
Volunteers: All volunteer opportunities are listed at http://www.signupgenius.com/go/20f054aa9ab2ea2f49-mary1. There are options for cast to help with set building/painting and options you can forward over to your family & friends! Ushers and box office staff get to the show for free.
