Hello everyone…hope you are having another restful week and ready to take the show into its final (SOLD OUT!!) weekend! Please take a moment to review your lines, blocking, and movement prior to Friday. Your Friday night audience deserves a superb show! 🙂
Here are the plans for the weekend:
Brush-Up Rehearsal – Friday, 4,22 at 6pm. (Theater will be open by 5:15p)
Same plan as last week. On stage at 6pm to warm-up and run the big numbers. You do not need to be in costume.
Final Show Cast Party – Saturday, 4.23
Marcie Berglund's home – details to follow.
Mandatory STRIKE – Sunday, 4.24 @ NOON at the Black Box Space
Strike assignments are on the attached document. Please bring friends and family willing to help. Many hands will make the work go faster. Hopefully, we are looking at 2-1/2 to 3 hours.
Final, Final Cast Bash and Recognition – Sunday, 4.24 @ ~3:30 (after Strike) at the Merrill Center
Food and beverages will be served. Please bring your own "adult" beverage if you would like something other than pop & water. We will have a short appreciation presentation while we are eating.
All Production Staff – Please plan on joining us at Merrill for food and the presentation after the strike.
Don't forget to place your photo DVD order on line at the Merrill Arts website. As you have already seen via FB, Jeanne's photos are amazing!
