Pre-Teen/Teen Actor’s Bootcamp: Audition Coaching for College and Casting
A Virtual Camp Presented by Merrill Arts Center.
Auditions can be scary and nerve wracking with lots of questions and doubts. What is a headshot? How do I write an acting resume? How do I pick a monologue or a song? What do I do with my hands?
In this week-long course students will learn how to unlock the mysteries of success in the audition room for not only school performances but for college programs as well. Learn confidence in the audition room through games and exercises focusing on voice and performance skills. See examples of professional headshots and acting resumes and learn how to create your own, at home, for little to no cost. Test what you’ve learned at the end of the week with mock auditions in a supportive environment that will include constructive feedback from the class and the instructor.
