While MAC remains on a pause, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, MAC has begun planning to open again. With Governor Walz’s order to continue “turning the dial”, MAC Theater will be hosting season Auditions August 28-29, in anticipation of shows starting up again in October. Audition details will be here.

Online summer classes for preschool through adults are available here.

Most core and seasonal staff are on hiatus, as MAC is unable to earn income via affiliate rentals and ticket sales during the pandemic. If you would like to help MAC, please consider sending a donation here.

For information regarding classes at MAC or public performances for affiliate organizations please contact MAC partners directly:

As you can imagine, there are many moving parts at the arts center, and things are likely to change as the CDC and the MN Department of Health issue new recommendations. Please visit https://merrillartscenter.org for the latest news regarding activities at MAC.

Although most staff is on hiatus during this business pause, you can reach Hannah at admin at merrillartscenter dot com if you have any questions. She checks email weekly, so there may be a delay getting back to you.

Thank you for your patience as we work through this process.

Respectfully,

Barbe Marshall Hansen
Executive Director
